Cancellation Policy

At Golden BLK, we believe productivity and peace can coexist. Our Day Pass and Desk Reservations are designed to provide guests with a flexible, inspiring environment to work, create, and connect. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, please review our policies. Hours of Operation: Coworking hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 8:00 AM. Final check-out for all day passes is 6:00 PM, unless a Late Checkout is available and has been pre-purchased. Cancellations & Reschedules: Day passes may be canceled up to 24 hours before the reservation start time for a full credit or refund. Guests may reschedule once, up to 12 hours before their original reservation. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Check-In & Access: Guests must check in with our host upon arrival. Desk space is open seating and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Printing options, desktop or tablet rentals, and other amenities are available for purchase at the front desk. Food & Beverage: Outside food and beverage delivery is welcome. Please ensure that all deliveries are completed before 5:30 PM and that packaging is disposed of properly. Alcoholic beverages are permitted only when provided by Golden BLK or approved vendors. Workspace Etiquette: We ask that all guests maintain a considerate and collaborative environment: Use headphones for calls or audio content. Keep conversations at respectful volumes. Clean your workspace before departure. Treat all members, staff, and furnishings with care. Facilities & Conduct: Golden BLK is a fragrance and design-forward environment. Please respect the atmosphere we cultivate for all guests. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the space and forfeiture of your day pass. Liability & Safety: Guests assume responsibility for their belongings. Golden BLK is not liable for lost or stolen items. Use of facilities and participation in coworking activities are at your own risk.
