Experience Maker

As the Experience Maker at the candle-making studio, this role encompasses multiple responsibilities. Primarily, the position involves:

Leading candle-making classes.
Guiding participants through the process.
Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

As a product knowledge expert, you will provide fragrance recommendations, assist customers with the candle-making process, and offer guidance on completing each step. Additionally, you'll present the next steps in the process, complete sales presentations for each class, and prepare all necessary class materials. This role extends beyond instruction, encompassing various tasks to enhance the overall customer experience within the studio.

Senior Chandler

As the Senior Chandler within the candle-making studio, your role is essential to the seamless execution of each candle class. Primarily, the position involves:

Assist Experience Maker throughout each candle class
Assist customers with candle making process
Prepare components for candles such as wax, wax tins, blends fragrance oils, decorations
Preps class materials
Other duties as assigned

Your responsibilities encompass

various preparatory tasks, including readying components such as wax, wax tins, and blending fragrance oils. You also contribute to the preparation of class materials, ensuring that every

session runs smoothly. You'll also be contributing to the studio's overall success and commitment to

delivering exceptional candle-making experiences.

Junior Chandler

In the role of Junior Chandler, you play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of the candle-making studio.Primarily, the position involves:

Make custom labels
Prep candle trays for each class
Pack finished candles
Cleans up utensils
Organizes fragrance wall
Answers customer questions
Packs and ship orders from candle classes
Preps class materials
Other duties as assigned

Additionally, you'll engage with customers by answering their questions, providing assistance, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You'll also take charge of packing and shipping orders from the candle classes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Contributing to the smooth execution of classes, you'll assist in prepping class materials, further enhancing the overall experience for participants.

Hostess

Job Duties:

Supports the lounge and checks in candle class attendees
Assist retail customers
Answers phones
Organizes and tidy lounge area

As the Hostess and Retail Candle Store Associate, your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all candle store visitors and lounge visitors. Your responsibilities encompass a range of tasks that contribute to creating a positive atmosphere and providing excellent customer service.

You'll be the welcoming face of the lounge, checking in candle class attendees and offering them guidance as they arrive. Engaging with retail customers, you'll assist, answer questions, and ensure that their needs are met. Your communication skills will shine as you handle incoming phone calls and provide helpful information to callers.

Retail Chandler

Job Duties:

Makes candles
Preps raw candle materials

You'll be actively involved in crafting candles, ensuring that each one is meticulously made to meet the standards of the retail store. Duties include combining various materials, following established procedures, and utilizing your attention to detail to create candles of exceptional quality.

Candle Lab Associate

Job Duties:

You'll be responsible for carefully packing finished candles, ensuring they are well-protected and ready for distribution or sale. Additionally, you'll be involved in preparing class materials, ensuring everything is organized and set up for upcoming candle-making sessions.

Fulfillment Associate

Job Duties:

Fulfills retail candle orders
Organizes inventory for retail chandler
Updates operations manager with shipping materials needed

As a Retail Fulfillment Associate, your role is pivotal in ensuring that retail orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities focus on managing the fulfillment process to deliver an exceptional experience to customers.
