Reservations

Due to various bookings, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class as we maintain a prompt start time.

In order to create an amazing experience for all scheduled guests, late attendees may be denied entrance into candle pouring session after 10 minutes.

No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

Can I bring food?

We don't allow outside food in our public workshops. We will have an assortment of snacks for purchase!
 
When we collab with other business we host food + candle pouring, so be sure to subscribe to receive invitations to events. 

Will you hold my candle until I can pick it up?

Yes! We can hold your candle up to 15 days from the original class. If you are unable to pick up within 15 days, we're happy to ship it to you for $8!

What is the age requirement to pour a candle?

Must be 10 years or older to attend the Candle Making with a Twist Session. 

Parking

Parking closest to Golden BLK Candle Lounge is at Comerica Bank garage, located at Elm and Ervay. It is paid parking lot.

On Elm, Pacific and Ervay metered parking is available from 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.

Shipping

All orders ship within 5 (five) business days.​

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number.

If your package is lost or doesn’t arrive please contact USPS.

Are reservations required or do you accept walk-ins?

Disclaimer Candle Safety

Please use your candle safety when burning which includes:

​-Do not leave candles unattended

-Keep candle on flat fire resistant surface

-Do not fall asleep with candles burning

-Do not set near flammable objects

-Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time and do not burn down to the very bottom.

- Keep candles away from small children and pets

We are not responsible for negligence if candle safety is not used.

Cancellation Policy?

Yes! Reservations are required as we have set pouring times with a limited number of seats. Feel free to check availability here!

What To Do While You Wait

We get it, life happens. Refunds are eligible for cancellations made within 72 hours of purchase.

No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

Our candles take an hour to cool, so check out some of our amazing neighborhood spots while your candle cools. The original Neiman Marcus, True Kitchen and Cocktails, as well as Main Street shopping.   

Can I have a private event?

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Definitely! The event is BYOB. Seltzers, Wine, and Champagne ONLY. 

Yes! We do offer Private Events.
